A vintage tin created to commemorate the coronation of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II 1953. With Compliments from Burdall's LTD. HILLSBOROUGH WORKS SHEFFIELD. 6. Founded in Queen Victoria's Reign.

These tins were popular souvenirs produced to celebrate the event. They often featured portraits of the Queen and Prince Philip, as well as royal symbols and emblems.

Historical Value: Today, these tins are considered collectible items and offer a glimpse into the historical and cultural significance of the coronation.

Herbert Moses Burdall (1898-1964) and Herbert Alonza Burdall incorporated Burdall’s Ltd in 1930. In 1932, it occupied Hillsborough Barracks (Burdall’s Buildings).
