Vintage probably 1940s 50s oak towel or clothes rail / horse 71 cm wide 80 cm tall. A lovely item which would look fabulous in a bedroom or bathroom.
 
Please note has been sympathetically restored - the bottom rail has been replaced but it does not detract from the item. Nice carved bottom legs.
 
Clothes horse: In 1788, a clothes horse referred to an upright wooden frame for hanging clothes to dry. The word appeared in the English language around the same time as “sawhorse”.
